Geeky Bobcat Design announces a new version of a tool that will enhance your DMB gaming experience. Box2Art takes a newspaper
boxscore and NOW an expanded boxscore generated by the game and converts it instantly into an article summarizing the details of the game. Box2Art includes
the winning pitcher, losing pitcher and who got the save. You'll know who the best hitter on the team was based on a runs-created
type formula. A second deserving hitter on the winning team will be added to the article as well. If a batter on the
losing team has a great game, he'll be recognized. Later in the season, the article will include the season totals for
key stats like saves and homeruns (newspaper boxscores only), show an improved batting average or ERA and comment on a player's good season. The article is loaded into
memory for a quick paste into an e-mail or word-processor and, a newly added feature, per advice of a gamer who downloaded in the pre-release phase,
allows you to save the article as a text file in the same directory, with the same name, as the boxscore.

This utility is something that DMB not only could have, but should have included in one of its recent upgrades. It’s a fun and useful enhancement for the complete sim-gaming experience. I will also be using it in my monthly in-season league newsletter. It is fun and easy to use. If you want to know what happened in your away games, this is a great tool for the opposing manager to share results. Also being able to edit and add some personal insight and commentary, make it ideal for all leagues especially when head to head play is not a frequent occurrence. No-hitters, shutouts, hitting for the cycle and rain delays are noted, as well as player highlights, great stuff to read about for each game.
